'AALF' - An American who Loves Freedom.

Many of our ancestors gave up their lives so we in the United States of America could enjoy more freedom than there has ever been in the world, in all of history before. This ideal of FREEDOM, embodied in our Declaration of Independence, and with God's help, allowed this country to be blessed with more wealth and power than any country in history has ever had before. This is a huge responsibility, and in turn, these ideals have also contributed to enriching large parts of the rest of the world. FREEDOM WORKS!

Today there seem to be more threats than ever to the ideals of FREEDOM. There have always been tyrants, but the worst threat has always been the tyrany of IDEAS.

Threats to economic freedom, private property, and personal, liberty due to taxes, legal system abuse, animal rights & environmental extremists, health nazi-ism, and many more will be included. I will have to make additions to this site as I can find time.

This site is NOT going to be 'about' politics, and will NOT be about promoting particular 'republicrats'. It will be a non-partisan & non-profit site dedicated to the ideals of Freedom our country's founding fathers died for, that are embodied in our Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution of the USA.

Preamble We, the members of An American who Loves Freedom (AALF), in order to form a more independent and liberated nation, establish decentralized justice, ensure individual tranquility, provide for the common defense of personal freedoms, promote the general welfare through innovation and technology, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. Article I Section 1. All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of AALF, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives, committed to the principles of decentralization and individual freedom. Article II Section 1. The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of AALF. The President shall hold office for a term of four years, and together with the Vice President, chosen for the same term, be elected as follows: Amendment I Congress of AALF shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people to peacefully assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances, with an emphasis on maintaining individual and digital sovereignty. Amendment II A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed, ensuring the capability to defend against any form of centralized tyranny. Amendment III No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law, respecting the sanctity of personal property and privacy. Amendment IV The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized, emphasizing the protection of digital privacy and data ownership. Amendment V No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation, ensuring the protection of personal and digital assets. Amendment VI In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense, ensuring transparency and fairness in the judicial process. Amendment VII In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law, upholding the right to a fair trial. Amendment VIII Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted, advocating for humane treatment of all individuals. Amendment IX The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people, emphasizing the protection of inherent personal liberties. Amendment X The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people, reinforcing the decentralization of authority and the empowerment of local governance.
